For us to make an offer, our surveyors make initial enquiries as to the value of your property.

We will consult with local estate agents, property valuers and Land Registry Records to obtain the market value of your property. We typically pay 80% of a property’s market value.

Once we have this information, we will be able to make you a formal offer. It will only take our expert team 2 hours to get back to you with a formal offer. Should you wish to proceed, we will make an appointment to visit your property to discuss and finalise all the details.

What fees do we charge?

Absolutely none. Be very careful, some property companies make fortunes from charging vendors for expensive and unnecessary valuations before they have even made an offer. Even if these companies don’t purchase your property, you still have to pay for the survey. Doesn’t sound fair to us and that’s why we don’t charge a penny.

Don’t even think about having to find the cash for solicitor fees. We pay for all legal bills and not just a proportion of them.
